How to Reorder, Delete, and Repair Pages in a Messy or Broken PDF
Not every PDF problem is about converting or compressing — sometimes a file is just messy: pages in the wrong order, a duplicate page that shouldn't be there, inconsistent page sizes from being scanned in batches, or a file that flat-out won't open. These four tools cover that category of cleanup work.
Reordering and removing pages
