By using SantaPDFTools, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to bury you in legalese — please read them before relying on the site for anything important.
SantaPDFTools provides free, browser-based PDF, image, business-document and calculator tools, plus a set of AI-powered writing and image tools. Most tools are completely free with no limits. A small set of AI-powered tools have a daily free usage cap; continued unlimited access to those requires a paid plan.
Files you process through the PDF, image, or calculator tools (merging, compressing, converting, cropping, etc.) are processed locally in your browser and are never received or stored on our servers. You remain solely responsible for the legality of any content you choose to process with these tools.
Creating an account is optional and is only required for extended AI tool access and for the "Santa's Gifts" rewards program (in-app points, levels, daily bonuses, achievements, referrals and the in-app store). Any in-app rewards currency has no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be redeemed for the in-app perks we offer. We reserve the right to adjust reward rates or reverse rewards obtained through abuse of the system — for example automated scripts, or multiple fake accounts used to farm free trials.
Text and images generated by our AI tools (titles, hashtags, grammar corrections, summaries, taglines, thumbnails) are provided "as-is". AI output can occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your specific use case — always review AI-generated content yourself before publishing or relying on it, especially for anything professional, legal, or safety-related.
Paid upgrades are billed and processed securely through Razorpay. Unless required by applicable law, payments for digital access already granted are non-refundable. If a payment succeeds but your account fails to unlock the corresponding access, contact us and we will resolve it manually.
The tools are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep everything running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee the site or any individual tool will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SantaPDFTools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated output.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
